Ordering
Please note that each piece is made to order. If you are ordering via email and wish to pay by cheque please email me with:.
The item you wish o purchase
Your Full Name and Delivery Address
Length of chain or necklace required 16" or 18"
Size of Bangle required 6cm, 6.5cm or 7cm. (Internal Diameter)
Size of Ring Required . If you do not know your ring size, please email me with your full name and address and I will send you a ring gauge free of charge.
Payment can be made either securly via PayPal or by Cheques drawn on a UK Personal Bank Account.
Credit/Debit card and Paypal
Payment online by Credit/Debit card and PayPal is accepted. Credit/Debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
Cheques
Cheques should be in Pounds Stirling and made payable to Wendy Kemp. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.
UK Royal Mail Delivery
I endeavour to have the goods arrive within 14 days of order confirmation. Please be aware that you will have to sign for delivery.
International Delivery
I can deliver overseas by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £6.50, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact me if you have any queries.
Cancellation/Refunds
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 7 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to wendy@lavendergallery.co.uk - cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, cheque etc.).
