All memorial jewellery is hand made to order and bespoke. Ashes and memorial items can not be taken out of a piece and reused or resold once they have been made. If ordering rings, it is essential to order the exact size (go to a local jewellers shop to be certain). For this reason refunds can not be given.

If there is some kind of manufacturing defect, then the item can be returned within 7 days and a full refund will be given. This guarantee does not cover loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Silver does obviously tarnish over time and to help keep your jewellery in its best condition please refer to the looking after your jewellery guide which is provided with each product. 

Wendy is not responsible for loss of items in the post. All returns should be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking records and receipts should be kept just in case they are needed.
