If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery and Wendy is unable to rectify the issue you have 7 days to return the item in its original packaging by Royal Mail special delivery. Upon return of the item a full refund will be given.
Wendy is not responsible for loss of items in the post. All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and if sending ashes and other memorial items by post then this method should be used and tracking records and receipts kept just in case they are needed.
Wendy will repair or remake your item free of charge if its a manufacturing or material defect. This guarantee does not cover loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Silver does obviously tarnish over time and to help keep your jewellery in its best condition please refer to the looking after your jewellery guide which is provided with each product. Chains are not covered by this guarantee.
