If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, you have 30 days to return the item in its original condition and original packaging by Royal Mail special delivery. Upon return of the item, a full refund will be given. 
Wendy is not responsible for loss of items in the post. All returns should be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking records and receipts should be kept just in case they are needed.

If you are returning a memorial item for a full refund, please enclose a self addressed envelope for the ash/memorial items, which will have been drilled out of the setting.

All memorial jewellery is hand made to order. Ashes and memorial items can not be taken out of a piece and reused once they have been made. If ordering rings, it is essential to order the exact size (go to a local jewellers shop to be certain). If the ring is the wrong size and you need to return it, you need to also enclose 1/2 teaspoon of ash/memorial item so that a new ring can be made from scratch.

If there is some kind of manufacturing defect, then the item can be returned within 14 days and a full refund will be given. This guarantee does not cover loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Silver does obviously tarnish over time and to help keep your jewellery in its best condition please refer to the looking after your jewellery guide which is provided with each product.
